1. Send a letter of confirmation

a. Once the proposed work has been discussed, a confirmation letter will include specific details about the piece, estimated completion dates, and fees as agreed upon

2. Fees will vary based on many factors such as length, orchestration, and time required to complete the work.

a. Shorter works will generally be $350-$500

b. Larger works will vary in cost ranging from $750 - $1200

c. Charitable organizations may commission a work at no cost, in some cases

Commissioning fees will generally be paid upon completion of the requested work, however, larger works may require an advanced deposit equivalent to 50% of the total fee.
