All soft copy download purchases are final. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify the disposition of a downloaded file once it has been downloaded. More than 16 people in your choir? No problem. You may print as many copies as necessary for your ensemble. Score Presentation Scores will vary in format and will be received as PDF files. Scores samples are provided for all selections. Where electronic versions will not satisfy the needs of the composition, hardcopy scores are also available. How To Download Specific instructions on how to download will be provided with your email confirmation. A password is required to open the downloaded product. This password will be provided with your confirmation email and instructions. Keep a record of this password, as your product will no longer function without it. How To Print The first Page of each download contains PRINT INSTRUCTIONS. TO PRINT THE FILE AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY AUTHORED, SELECT: "Choose paper source by PDF page size" UNDER PAGE HANDLING ON THE INITIAL PRINT MENU WINDOW. All scores, unless otherwise noted, with be presented in such a manner that they can be printed on STANDARD SIZED paper, either letter (8.5 x 11) or legal (8.5 x 14). This is to facilitate easier printing on behalf of the purchaser. Some choral scores may be presented in such a manner that two pages are printed per side of a legal sized sheet of paper and will generally facilitate booklet style printing. If you seem to be missing half of the page or the print size is abnormally small, try using legal sized paper and changing the printer properties to 8.5 x 14. Original print sizes are indicated on the DETAIL page for each score. A unique property of PDF files is that the program will generally print the full page on whatever size output you select, larger or smaller. It may desirable to print choral scores on smaller paper, which PDF files will easily accommodate. As a general rule, all large scores will be printed on legal sized paper. Adobe Reader 9 will allow you to print any PDF file in a booklet style. Please note: Booklet style printing may require a printer that accommodates paper sizes larger than 8.5 x 14. However, music that is originally 8.5 x 11 (letter-sized) will produce a very nice mini-score when printed in booklet style, horizontally, on 8.5 x 14 (legal-sized) paper.
